Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Army Surplus Stores is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Army Surplus Stores will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20 % administration fee. (If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods). Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Army Surplus Stores bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Army Surplus Stores via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayGate is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
